Your order will be completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the items and quantity. Usually we deliver fast but in some situations it might take us longer to source specific items. Since we exclusively do manual work it might not be as fast as you are used to on the Legacy D2 but this also gives you the advantage of a safe process. If for some reason you should not hear from us within more than 24 hours please contact us to check the current progress of your order(s).

Since you aren't breaking any rules there is no chance you ever get banned. This is how the D2R economy works, nobody will get treatened for acquiring items.
